Q. How do I pay for my design?
I currently only accept payment through PayPal. All payments are final and non-refundable. Payment is to be made full upfront.
Q. How long does it take to complete my order?
This all depends on the style of the artwork. Something simple can be done in a few days. But something more complex may take longer. Each design is different.
Q. Can I use your artwork if I give credit?
Any artwork I post, people can use them for their desktop or phone lock screen etc. I do make free artwork that are exclusive to my YouTube members
Q. How do I contact you to get art?
Scroll to the bottom of this page and you will find a contact form. Complete that with your message and I will contact you to discuss the details of the art you want.

The customer agrees that they are purchasing an electronic product. Which in this case is a design. As a merchant I have full rights to price my work at what I feel is best suited for the project at hand. This tends to occur when more work is involved during an order than the usual request. Pricing will be agreed when the order is placed and will not be changed after both parties have agreed.

When an order is placed I request the customer to give as much detail as possible, this is to ensure the vision of the customer is met to the best of my ability. The customer is held responsible during this process. If there are details the client does not provide I will not be held responsible for any large changes. However, minimal and understandable changes to the design are accepted. ​Please understand that completion time of designs vary on each design. Please give me time and I will get it done as fast as I can for you.

Once the work is complete, I I will send you the design and it will be yours and only yours. You can use these anyway you wish.
